Job Title: Die Setter

Location: Penrith

Pay Rate: $58.50 p/h incl

Shift: Night Shift (training on Day shift $45 p/h)

Die Setter - Changing and setting plastic injection moulds and monitoring production processes to deliver scheduled output of products at the appropriate quality standard.

Duties:

• Perform mould/die changes, insert changes and colour/material changes
• Machine start-up, shutdown and changeovers
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters
• Troubleshoot processing and quality issues
• Record process changes and maintain accurate production documentation
• Identify and report tooling or machine issues

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Experience with injection moulding, extrusion or blow moulding highly regarded
• Formal trade qualification is not essential but is highly regarded
• Working knowledge and experience in injection moulding, die setting environment will be highly considered
